VoiceFlowX provides AI-powered voice automation and QR code management services for businesses. Our services include voice agents for appointment booking, customer inquiries, lead capture, and dynamic QR code generation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not use the services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Obtain necessary consents before recording calls

4. Subscription and Billing

VoiceFlowX offers subscription-based pricing. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VoiceFlowX services are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

VoiceFlowX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
