All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to features. No payment is required during the trial period, and you can cancel at any time without charge.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment if unsatisfied with the service.
  • Service Outage: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 hours in a month), you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Technical Issues: If technical issues on our end prevent you from using the service as intended.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Used voice call minutes
  • Subscription fees after the 30-day period
  • Additional minute packages once purchased
  • Custom enterprise solutions after work has begun
